1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the day6 platform available at day6.bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time on the day6 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration or during an account update may result in account suspension or closure without a refund of any remaining balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. day6 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact customer support immediately.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using automated software, bots, or any non-human mechanism to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any action that could compromise the integrity of the system, the security of other users, or the overall operation of the platform.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the day6 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and reward payouts — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion is required for users in Malaysia.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — eWallet transactions are typically instant, while online bank transfers may take one to three hours during normal banking hours.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the account holder. day6 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks before being processed.
Where wagering requirements apply to a bonus or promotion, they must be met in full before any bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are detailed in the terms of each individual promotion.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and payment providers. Any applicable processing fees will be disclosed before a transaction is confirmed. day6 does not impose hidden charges on user transactions.

Account Suspension & Closure
Day6 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, conducted money laundering, or used the platform for purposes that contravene applicable laws in Malaysia. In the event of suspension, any verified account balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the day6 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of day6 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any such content without written permission from management.
